Our chefs have upgraded the quality of everything on our lunch menu – from the bread to the meat and everything in-between. All sandwich meats are now roasted in-house for freshness and flavor. We’ve kept your favorites but added upgrades, and in keeping with the theme of our cheese shop, your favorite cheeses continue to be featured throughout the menu. We’ve also added a house specialty dessert – Crème Brûlée! Come in and experience the new lunch items and let us know what you think! - Saturday Tasting Room:Every Saturday Starting July 9!

Classes in Orange
Our teaching kitchen, located in the historic district of Orange, is up and running. Brought to you by the kitchen design firm Le Gourmet Kitchen, our new facility is full of state-of-the art Dacor appliances and beautifully appointed cabinetry and counters, and stocked with our favorite pots, pans, knives, tools and gadgets. Stop in to have a look, then call us to sign up for a class!
The Gourmet Series
Not prerequisite to individual classes in this schedule, but definitely recommended for anyone looking to build a bit more confidence in basic skills. Composed of "mini-series" to suit cooks with different levels of experience, each "mini-series" contains 3 or 4 classes, and will focus on a different level of skills.

Hand Made Pasta
Join our pasta pro Joe Impullitti for a whirl with all new hand-made pasta recipes! These classes focus on the art and science of making the pasta dough from scratch, then cutting the dough into the various style of noodles.
