Join Chef Laurent for a fabulous 5-course meal of “small plates” with each course paired with wine … the new menus emphasize the fantastic flavors and textures of autumn. You will learn which wines work with the different flavors and equally important, which wines don’t! We’ve extended our Saturday Tasting events to every Saturday! Come down and taste a selection of 8 different wines. Laguna Culinary Arts is constantly looking for new and delicious wines from all over the world. We currently offer more than 350 selections, with new wines arriving each week!
$5 per person for 8 tastes
- Friday Night Happy Hour

Couples Cooking Classes
These classes are designed for couples! You and your date work together in the kitchen along with other couples, then sit down to a candlelit dinner at a cozy bistro table in our Cheese Shop. Optional wine pairings are available with each menu.
Elegant Surf & Turf

Menu: Seared scallops with arugula & grapefruit sauce; Mushroom stuffed roast beef tenderloin with Cabernet wine sauce; Haricot vert with shallot butter & blue cheese; Mousse au chocolate martini with whipped cream dollop & fresh raspberries. Price: $200 per couple, or $240 with wine pairings.
Simple Sautéed Duck Breast
