Sunday, April 20, 4pm; Marta

Menu: Salad of endive, artichoke, caramelized pear & Roquefort; Filet of beef au poivre with mustard cream sauce; Pommes Anna; Grilled asparagus spears with hollandaise; Chocolate-orange soufflé with white chocolate chunk whipped cream. Price: $95 per person, or $170 for two.

Hearty Spring Appetizers

Menu: Wild mushroom & Gruyère puff pastry tart with micro green herb salad; Grilled marinated shrimp with fresh berries & melons and sweet poppy seed drizzle; Beignet soufflés au fromage (cheese fritters); Smoked dry-rubbed baby back ribs with Asian dipping sauce; Grilled vegetable gazpacho with avocado salsa in martini presentation with Parmesan crouton crisp. Price: $90 per person, or $110 with wine pairings.
