Menu: Stilton-stuffed baked pears; Zinfandelbraised beef with onions & potatoes; Sautéed green beans with bacon & pine nuts; Individual chocolate mousse cake. Price: $85 per person.

Menu: Tossed green salad with home made vinaigrette; Grilled pork chops with quince sauce; Bacon-buttermilk squash mash; Sautéed Swiss chard with cranberries & pistachios; Bourbon caramel apple upside-down cakes with vanilla ice cream.
