Mystery Basket 101 Cooking Without Recipes
Ready to break away from the confinement of your cookbooks? Yearning to express your creativity in the kitchen but dont quite know how to start? Join us for this series of classes designed to help you develop your sense and skill for creating your own recipes. Each class will focus on one main protein with a selection of accompanying ingredients. Chef Octavio Montoya will demonstrate the creation of a dish, then work with you while you develop your own rendition specific to your tastes! Salad and dessert will be provided to round out your meal.
