Our chefs have upgraded the quality of everything on our lunch menu – from the bread to the meat and everything in-between. All sandwich meats are now roasted in-house for freshness and flavor. We’ve kept your favorites but added upgrades, and in keeping with the theme of our cheese shop, your favorite cheeses continue to be featured throughout the menu. We’ve also added a house specialty dessert – Crème Brûlée! Come in and experience the new lunch items and let us know what you think! - Saturday Tasting Room:Every Saturday Starting July 9!

We’ve extended our Saturday Tasting events to every Saturday! Come down and taste a selection of 8 different wines. Laguna Culinary Arts is constantly looking for new and delicious wines from all over the world. We currently offer more than 350 selections, with new wines arriving each week!

Laguna Culinary Arts Professional Chef Program Pricing Update
Effective for the September 2008 program
We are pleased to announce the addition of an evening program. Unlike the daytime program, the evening class will meet only 2 nights per week – Monday and Wednesday, from 4pm to 10pm. The program will take 12 months to complete. Otherwise, it is exactly the same program, just stretched out in time. Cost, curriculum, instructors, field trip opportunities, and finals are all the same.
- 3 chef jackets
- 3 pairs chef trousers
- 3 caps
- Chef’s knife & tool kit, including case
- Required reading and course material
- Guest chef instructors
- Field trips
Students will also be given a recommended reading list. Students shall be solely responsible for obtaining titles on the recommended list.
A non-refundable deposit of $750 is due upon acceptance of your application. The program is limited to 8 students per semester.
