Our chefs have upgraded the quality of everything on our lunch menu – from the bread to the meat and everything in-between. All sandwich meats are now roasted in-house for freshness and flavor. We’ve kept your favorites but added upgrades, and in keeping with the theme of our cheese shop, your favorite cheeses continue to be featured throughout the menu. We’ve also added a house specialty dessert – Crème Brûlée! Come in and experience the new lunch items and let us know what you think! - Saturday Tasting Room:Every Saturday Starting July 9!

We’ve extended our Saturday Tasting events to every Saturday! Come down and taste a selection of 8 different wines. Laguna Culinary Arts is constantly looking for new and delicious wines from all over the world. We currently offer more than 350 selections, with new wines arriving each week!

Wine & Spirits Certification Courses
In collaboration with the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust of the UK, we are pleased to offer 2 certification courses that are suitable for professionals in the drinks and hospitality industries and for non-professional wine enthusiasts who wish to acquire an in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits. The examination at the end, for those who want to obtain an internationally recognized qualification, is optional for an additional fee.
Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines, Spirits and Other Alcoholic Beverages
Instructor: Peter Neptune, Master Sommelier
Mondays, beginning September 28, 6:30pm
This class may skip some dates — dates will be determined by the instructor.
$700 per person for 8 weeks
The WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate course includes the following:
Week 1: Systematic approach to tasting; common faults; service & storage; food & wine matching
Week 2: Factors influencing the style of wine; label terminology
Week 3: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Week 4: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc
Week 5: Shiraz/Syrah, Grenache, Riesling
Week 6: Italy, Spain & Portugal
Week 7: Sparkling Wines, Sweet Wines
Week 8: Fortified Wines — Sherry & Port; Spirits
Week 9: OPTIONAL — certification examination
All materials, including textbooks and tastings, are included in the price. Exam is $150 extra.
Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines, Spirits and Other Alcoholic Beverages
Instructor: Peter Neptune, Master Sommelier
Prerequisite: Level 2 Intermediate, or equivalent
Saturdays, beginning September 12, 9am
This class may skip some dates — dates will be determined by the instructor.
$1,100 per person for 12 sessions
The curriculum follows a more regional approach than the Intermediate Level 2, and explores each region with an in-depth focus on soils, climate, sub regions, varietals, factors affecting viticulture, vinification techniques, etc. There are 12 sessions, plus the optional exam at the end. All materials, including textbooks and tastings, are included in the price. Exam is $150 extra.
